Where are my logs stored?

Text logs and photos are stored locally on your iPhone or Android phone. The app does not require an account or upload your logs to a developer-operated service.

Why can’t I take a photo?

Photo logs require camera permission. On iPhone, open iOS Settings and allow Camera access for I Did That, Right?. On Android, open the app's system settings and allow Camera access. You can still create text logs without camera access.

I deleted the app. Can my logs be recovered?

I Did That, Right? does not keep a server copy of your logs. Removing the app normally removes its app-private local data. Android app backup is disabled by the app; iOS backup and restore behavior is controlled by you and Apple.

When you contact support

Please include the app version, whether you are using iPhone or Android, your operating-system version, and a short description of what happened. Do not send private log photos unless they are necessary to explain the issue.
